Kubašta, Vojtech - Betlém - Nativity Scene - Large Pop-up Nativity Scene - 1974

Christmas nativity / creche pop-up from Kubasta showing a busy scene that is centred around a Christmas nativity / crib. In the street scene there are the three kings as well as families and children coming to visit the crib. Above the crib there is an angel holding the banner: "Gloria In Excelsis Deo" as well as many singing angels around the sides of the scene. When closed, there is an illustration of a snow scene with the city gates and the three kings waiting to enter. On the reverse there is the music and words to Silent Night, in three languages - Czech, German and English.
